British photographer Nick Knight started out documenting skinheads for an artist book with sections devoted to style factors such as hair and dress. The work led to fashion commissions from i-D and Yoshi Yamamoto, and regular campaigns. His creation of SHOWstudio in 2000, brought a necessary forum for art and fashion online, specifically as the home of fashion film.
